It is really cool having two summons at a time especially when using the armored skeletons mod. I modified my Skeleton Champion because of their low damage output so that it summons its own Skeleton Hero. The only problem is that Clannfears low HP makes it hard to combat Ogres for very long so you might want to save your magicka to resummon the Clannfear. That way you can summon it and then cast destruction spells while the clannfear attacks your enemies. ![]() The Ravenous Hunger is also very strong, but it has a short duration which might not be good for mages.Īs a mage you should use the Clannfear since it has a low casting cost and a long duration. The Daedroth and Frost Atronach are good versus stronger enemies because of their HP, but they have a high casting cost. It also has reflect damage and stays out for a long time which is what makes it so good to use. It has low HP, but has high damage output. The Clannfear is one of the best general use summons. With max destruction you should have no problem, since a custom spell always takes the school of its highest effect. For a clanfear I suggest lightnign released over the duration of fear. Making enemies run away while on fire is a particular favorite. The best way to break this up is with illusion effects.Ī mere 1 second of paralyze added to ANY damage spell makes it a great automatic knockdown against anything not imune to paralysis.įear is a wonderful addition on time releasesd damages spells. What makes clanfears in particular so dangerous isn t just thier attack and reflect, but how continuously they will attack, attack, attack. I highly suggest leveling illusion to branch its effects into your damage spells as well thru custom spellmaking. ![]()
